EU-projektiraportti tulkkaus-, tietojensaanti- ja oikeus avustajaan -direktiivistä julkaistu

CCBE:n ja ELF:n vuoden kestäneen projektin raportti on julkaistu ELF:n kotisivuilla. Projektissa käsitellään kolmen rikosprosessia koskevan direktiivin implementointia EU:n jäsenvaltioissa. Suomesta raportin laatimiseen osallistui Asianajajaliiton edustajana asianajaja Jussi Sarvikivi.

Raportin johdannosta:

This report has been produced as the outcome of
the TRAINAC project, which was funded by the European Union’s Justice Programme, whose aim was
to provide an assessment by defence practitioners in the EU of the implementation of three
directives:

·      – Directive
2010/641 on the right to interpretation and translation

·      – Directive
2012/132 on the right to information

·     
– Directive 2013/483 on the
right of access to a lawyer

As laid out in the project conditions, this final project report also
contains examples of good practice, and recommendations whose aim is to ensure
that the objectives of the three directives are fulfilled by the Member States.

The project lasted from 15 April 2015 to 14 April 2016.
