Applying for the EU List

How to apply for registration on the EU list

If you have taken the bar in an EEA or EU Member State, you can apply for registration on the EU list maintained by the Finnish Bar Association without needing to apply for an eligibility decision from the Finnish National Board of Education.

In practice, you are required to be a member of the bar association of one of the above-mentioned states. You can apply for registration on the EU list by completing the forms below. The Board of the Finnish Bar Association decides on the acceptance of your application and verifies the fulfilment of the requirements.
