Finnish Bar Association

The Finnish Bar Association (Business ID 0202096-1) is a public law entity established by the Attorneys’ Act (496/1958), whose rules (540/2021) have been verified by the Ministry of Justice. Due to its statutory nature, the Finnish Bar Association is not on the trade register or registers of associations and foundations and, due to its legal nature, has no terminus referring to the form of the Community (e.g. Assoc., Ltd. or fdn.) in its name.
